    my system for this problem is to take a tape measure & ckeck the tip of each blade distance from the cieling in the same spot if any blade is higher or lower i bend the arm (very carefully) to the right distance

    It could also be the base to the box connection that's loose.

    the best way to balance the blades is to take a tape & check all blades at the tip the distance from cieling to tipthey all should be the same if not just bend (very carefully) the arm of each blade have been using this practic for yrs i've noticed most fan now when installed are almost perfectly balanced

    what i do is measure with a tape the distant from cieling to blade tip they all should be the same if not i bend the arm (very carefully) to match the rest have been doing this for yrs i've noticed lately most new fans are almost perfect balance
