Default Cleaing Water Stains from outside painted wall

I have outside painted wall that have some water stains caused by drips coming down always in the same path.
What should I use to clean the stains? I do not want to repaint yet.

I am assuming that the stains are brownish iron stains. I would try CLR, which is available at any homeowners store. A diluted solution of oxylic acid will also remove iron stains. Oxylic acid is the main ingredient in most deck brighteners. I would try either solution in an inconspicuous spot first, to make sure that it doesn't fade the paint color too.
