    Question Copper bonding agent

First I'll admit, I'm not too good at soldering copper pipes. Not being able to get the water out mostly. But I saw something called "Just For Copper". Claims to bond rigid copper and brass. Rather than burning my house down trying to solder in confined spaces...(an access panel in a closet..for example) I thought I might give this stuff a try. Has anyone tried it or had any luck with it..?

Thumbs up Re: Copper bonding agent

I wouldnt dare use anything of the sort. If your afraid to solder than use the "Sharkbite" fittings and copper inbetween. I sell a lot of these fittings at my supply house. Just make sure the copper pipe is clean and free of burrs before using the sharkbite fittings, then your DONE
