    i would try a regular wax ring without the plastic horn because it looks like a 3" closet bend and the plastic horn might not be sitting properly.

    Good call! Those few millimeters of plastic could make all the difference, and in this case the plastic neck would not be necessary, as the natural nipple on the base of the toilet should protrude into the floor flange.
    I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!

    I never use cant leak was rings. I dont like the way the plastic sits. never had a problem with regular was. Also the tile not bing completely under flange doesnt really make a differance. The flangs doesnt see any downward pressure. The bolts hook underit and pull up on flange.
