    Default Compact Stairs

I remember an older TOH project that included stairs from garage/basement to 1st floor. To save on space, the stairs were constructed like wedges/boxes stacked one on the other, allowing for a turn. Do you remember this? I'd appreciate any details.

I seem to remember one of Bob Villa's projects, I think it was the Chicago coach house project.
I don't think it was he whole staicase but i recall the first step went to a landing which changed direction.
They used 2x8 covered with plywood and did the next box on top with an angle for the change of direction. It would be really expensive to do a complete staircase this way.

I'm thinking it was from his show after he left TOH.
