    Default flooring

I have a question my husband and i want to buy a house and when we went to go look at it and went in the house it smelled like dogs had peed in the house. They tore the carpet up and i was wondering if we took out the subflooring and put in new would the smell go away or is there something we can do to get the smell out?

Probably the easiest and most effective method of remediation will be to use a BIN primer (Zinsser red label is an excellent choice ). Seal the floors and up the wall at least two feet, though if it were me I'd spray out the entire house depending on how bad the odor was.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!

Its depends on the odor. If it is due to old carpets, some time proper wash can totally remove the odor.
