Removal and Reframing of Exterior Walls and Remodeling of Commercial Building
I have been working on this real estate building for about a month. It started out just being a resealing of the roof and escalated to being a complete roof tear-off then to a complete commercial remodel because of leaks that had caused major water damage. Which has led to finding out that some exterior walls have to be tore down and reframed, because they had been framed with red brick and they are not structurally sound. The awning that is attached to the building started to sag as the roof was being tore off. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about this situation?
