    Default Heaved Basement floor

I just recently purchased a 80 year house in pretty great condidtion. The basement is a great space to remodel for additional living space. Execpt the concrete floors are heaved in certain places. No water issues just these heaved floor, any recommendation on how to repair, can I just grind the floors down until they are level or do I need to replace the entire floor?

Are you sure part of the floor is heaving rather than part of the floor is sinking? If it is sinking a concrete jacking company could easily level it again.
