Default 1930 WHAT? I would like to know.

My husband and I bought a 1930 fixer upper. Problem now is that we would like to keep things in the stlye this house was ment to be. We need help figuring out what stlye that is that we are shooting for. Our home is in Minnesota. I have found that some of the inside fixtures that are orignal are Art deco.

    First, cute house!

Can you post a few pictures of what you think is original? A picture of the fireplace, light fixtures, even the plate around the door knobs if the doors are original.

My house was built in 1935 so maybe we share some common themes.

Remove not the ancient landmark, which your fathers have set.
