    Default Attic End Walls

I'm doing some insulating in different areas of my house and looking for some guidance about the correct way to handle the attic. I have good insulation on the attic floor but no insulation on the end walls of the attic. Should the end walls be insulated and what is the correct way to handle? Vapor barrier or just unfaced batts?
Thanks for any help on this.

Hi is the attic vented? If vented and not used for living space then no wall insulation is needed. Be sure the attic floors, ceiling of the room below, insulation is height consistent at theses outside wall cavities so your not loosing heat at the wall to the ceiling. If any attic walls adjoin interior rooms then this wall needs to be insulated to keep the heat in the adjoining room.
