[FONT="Arial Black"]Oak trees planted by my neighbor have such extended roots that they now are into my backyard.
I have asked in writing for them to be removed but this request has been ignored.
Additionally the trees are now so tall that it is stopping all of the sunlight getting to my sod and I no longer have any green grass on that side of my home.
Has anyone any experience of dealing with such a problem in Florida?
Re: Tree roots
Howdy consider contacting your local code enforcement locality and ask them if they can assist you or if you are estopped prevented from damaging the tree roots. Then call an arboriest and ask for direction on how to address the issue. Heck forget that just move who wants to live next door to an self imposed pompous idiot. Where is a good hurricane and wind to blow down that tree when you need it. Ha Ha
