I'm not sure if you are referring to the stops, the muttons, or wood glazing. If it is the routed stops that are part of the main frame, a new frame can be made or the stops routed off and new stops installed. If you are referring to muttons, you can have new muttons made and installed. Both these parts can be made by a competent wood worker with a router table. Different styles of wood glazing can be made by most wood workers and similar styles can be purchased at most lumber yards that carry trim. Perhaps if you could post pictures we could be more definitive.
