Exclamation Chain link fence post ft gate

I have a chain link fence post thats is set in concreat. The post is part of gate (4 ft gate) the post is loose its up against the house wall of stone. Is their a way to anchor the post so the gate will swing open without sagging

Doesn't sound as though the concrete and post aren't deep enough. You may have to reset the post and concete deeper.
Depending where you live if there is any frost heave you don't want to secure the post to the home if it's also in the ground --- too much stress on the siding when it heaves.

As Canuck says, dig and reset. You can extend the concrete out to make a pad to walk across as you go through the gate, which will prevent the gate post from leaning again.

Also , it might be better to flip the gate opening so the hinge side is on the fence structure ---- it would have more support from the fence structure than a single post.
