    Default anti syphon spigot

I have two outside anti syphon valve spigots. When I turn them on they flow just fine as long as I don't have a hose attached to them. When I attach a hose more water flows out the top of the valve (green cap) then comes through the hose. The hoses don't have a kink in them so I know it isn't back pressure making them leak. Any suggestions

    Thanks

Try opening the valve all the way until the handle stops, if that doesn't solve the problem then the o-ring on the valve stem needs to be replaced.
