Unhappy Garage Floor Crack with 2" vertical move

Our home is a split level circa 1967. We noticed a crack in our garage floor, front to back, about 5 years ago. It has gotten bigger, with a farage floor movement upward as much as 2 inches in spots and it has caused closest foundation wall in the garage to crack in 4 or 5 places.

Our soil is high in clay. In the old days bricks were made in this area. However, the house sits on top of soil that was added to the site. We're in Central NJ not far from the coast.

What to do? Who to call? How much danger are we in? Any help is appreciated. Maria

Is this foundation wall part of the house?

The foundation wall I'm referring to is in the garage and supports the upstairs part of the house where the bedrooms and bath are located.
