    Default Pesty lawn issue...

    Guys,
I need help badly. This one is getting on my nerves.
What kind of lawn disease, soil disease or pest disease do I have? I did a search on google and non of them actually tell me what it is.....

It certainly don't look like ant hills, it is redish color and soft and no odor.

FYI...I know my lawn isn't in great condition.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the Duct Tape.

Sorry Walt, doesn't really ring a bell for me. My initial guess is that it's earthworm mounds.

Do these things crop up any time of the day or only at night? If at night, it's likely worms, if any time of the day, could be ants, could be termites, could be a beetle of some sort. Have you tried digging up one of the mounds? See if anything is living under it?

I say go carefully dig one up and see what you find. Dig the freshest mound you can find.

my first question is do you have dogs? second question is do you use a pooper scooper or do you just leave it? the reason I ask is that it looks like the mounds from a several sets of mating dung beetles. this was the first thought that came to me when looking at the pictures. here is a web site that talks about them further.
