    Smile Weeping walls

We live in a 12 by 60 mobile home with a sheet metal roof - over. We have a constant problem with the corners and some of the walls "weeping" (developing moisture) I know it is not a plumbing problem. I think it is because the roof is not properly vented. There is no soffet or ridge vent, no gable vent or the box type vents. Am I correct or would the ridges in the sheet metal be enough to vent it or am I totally off base?

If this is happening while it's hot outside and you're running A/C I would think it's a lack of insulation or air leaking so you maybe seeing condensation.

i would first be worried if the roof is leaking, because the mobile home should be designed with the proper ventilation. is the any discoloration to the wall or ceiling?. does it seem to weep on rainy days?
