Question mold on yellow pine web truss floor joists

I have a very dry basement but apparently poor ventilation in
this unfinished storage room. I have a white mold growing on the
lower part of the joists. I removed it about two years ago with
a spray product from Home Depot. It said it would remove and prevent the growth of mold. Well it's back. I'm wondering if I should repeat the process and then paint the joists with a mold resistant/preventative paint. If there is such a thing.
    Any suggestions?

It maybe a dry basement in terms of no water infiltration --- but --- if you have mold growth that means there is a humidity issue.

Rather than painting you might be able to correct the issue with more air circulation or a dehumidifier --- especially if that area is closed off from the rest of the basement.

Thanks, that's good advice. A dehumidifier is definitely what's needed. Any thoughts on the spray bottle remediation and then paint?
