    Default opinion on Panasonic drill

I was wondering if anyone has used the Panasonic EY7440LN2L 14.4v Li-ion cordless drill and the EY7540LN2L Li-ion cordless impact driver? I am looking into buying some new drills for our cabinet shop and have one vendor who is really pushing these. They would be used everyday in the construction of commercial casework. I want to make sure that they hold up and are built for commercial use. Any info from users would be helpful. Thanks.

I own three panasonic drills. One must be 10 plus years old and the newest version is 3 plus years old. I use them constantly in a business setting, hanging and making cabinets, general repairs you name it these have done it. I love the erogonmics, the staying power and the price. Note never buy just a battery a complete kit may only be a $100 more. I have dropped them from 12 feet ( not intentional) and the only issue was the battery case cracked . If you are going to be using a drill /screwdriver alot go with these machines.
