    Default Cultured Marble Stains

Does anyone know a good way to get rid of yellow stains on cultured marble? We replaced the faucet and handles on our sinks in the master bath and the marble has yellowed under the old faucets. I tried bleach and Tilex, but that didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks, Pam

I hate to say it but there really isn't anything that will remove that yellow stain, due to the way cultured marble tops are made. the finish is what is called a jell coat, and that is what has discolored. the same would happen if it was left out in the sunlight. what you might look at doing is replacing it since they aren't very expensive.

Thank you for your answer. I was afraid that might be the case but it never hurts to try. At this point replacing both sinks (they are different heights and one has a 4 ft counter as part of the sink) isn't feasible. I'll just have to look at the ugly yellow stains for a bit longer.
