Wood floors warping due to water from ice dam
We live in the Mid-Atlantic area hit by the huge snow storms in 2010. We had a major ice dam which caused water to run down the walls to our basement. The water saturated the sub flooring between the first floor and the basement. This caused some of the wood flooring on the first floor to warp and buckle. We don't know what our options are. Can we salvage any of our wood flooring or are we facing an expensive repair / replacement? Any help appreciated - Thank you.
