    What have you got and what are you trying to accomplish?
    I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!

    It should be. Make sure it's clean, Scuff sand, shellac based primer, and there you are. Marlite IIRC is a factory-applied paint on masonite. Like Abitibi board.

    No, Marlite is more like thick Formica. It was commonly used in commercial bathrooms before FRP became popular. I've used it many times for residential shower/bath surround. It is far more durable than vinyl coated masonite, and only slightly more expensive.
