Default Looking for a fence post doweling drill bit...

I am fencing my property using circular, pressure-treated fence posts for the main support. Rather than just notching out some material from the two vertical posts that are 6 feet apart and will have two horizontal support beams between them, I'd like to go with the neater option of drilling holes in the verticals and doweling the ends of the horizontal pieces so they will seat nicely in the uprights. I cant figure out what the name is of the tool that will dowel the end of a 3" to 6" diameter fence post...anybody out there know? Much appreciated!
