    Bob, no offense was intended and certainly wasn't meant to pick on ya

    We have to be mindful of what the topic is, who we're dealing with and the consequences.
    Besides, I think we can agree even with HVAC some things aren't DIY or can't be detailed like sizes of equipment sight unseen over the internet.
