    Default Concrete Curb

My condo complex was built in 1971 and the curbs have deteriorated as shown in these photos. We are a very small community of mostly retired people and therefore have no money. We got 3 quotes to replace the curbs all @ $10,000.00. That's way out of our reach.
Is there something we can do to make them better or fix them?
Keep them from falling apart more?
Keep the moss off? Or is the moss good for them?
    Help!

Howdy the curb is it cement or asphalt? Looks like cement you can extend the life by caulking the cracks and painting the curb. They are still doing their job but can use some maintenance. Might check with the local building department to see if the local government will assist with the curb replacement and cost over a 20 year period. Some will some won't .
