    Unhappy Very Noisy Toilet

The toilet does not make any unusual noise when it is flushed. The problem comes a few hours later. My toilet slowly starts to make this loud noise that rattles the air freshener off the back of the toilet then fades away. It seems to happen every few hours throughout the day but rarely to never at night. Can anyone help me diagnose the problem. My house is 4 years old so plumbing is very new.

    Thank You

Probably the stop on the toilet or another nearby fixture has a loose washer or the ball cock/ fill valve may have some worn parts as well as the flushvalve leaking which is causing it to recharge the tank. Just my $.02 but I'm leaniong toward the loose washer theory.
