Red face 3 season room ceiling

I recently had a 3 season built. I would like to put up a wood ceiling, but don't know what kind of wood I should use. I live in Chicago and the room will only be heated in the spring and fall. No A/C. With the extreme heat and cold I don't know what kind of wood to use that won't warp under the extreme temperatures. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Tongue and grove cedar is a good choice but oak or pine or several others are all good choices. the proper nailing is important to secure it to the ceiling joists. The expansion and contraction is not a worry just ask where you buy the wood what space to leave at intersections of the framing materials .
