Default support for rounded bottom step

What is the best way to create/build the rounded support that goes beneath the bottom step which is rounded on one side? Do you build the approx. 7" height out of 3/4 material and then cut the rounded shape? Thanks for the help

Bendable plywood over appropriately shaped wooden forms. The form should be load-bearing as the bendy-board isn't structural like regular plywood.

Solid board cut kerfs in the last 7" so it can be bent.
The shorter the curve the closer together the kerfs.
