Unhappy Lack of vents on sinks

I have no vent on one of my sinks and I don't like the thought of removing the walls. What can be done to install a vent stack.

Air admittance valve, aka... studor vent, aka...cheater vent.

    Here's one brand.

Download the AAV Instruction sheet. (PDF file)

PS- You'll likely find them at your big box or hardware store. If not, a local plumbing supply should have them.

The first question I would have to ask is, are you having truble with the sink or having the water sucked out of the trap?
