    Default Cracked Kitchen Tile

I have a crack in five tiles in my kitchen. I believe the crack may be folowing a foundation crack. I have not yet removed the tile but, would like to know how to repair the suspected foundation crack in the concrete? Is there a thin flexible tape (similar to drywall tape) that can be placed over the crack before replacing the tile?
    Thanks

Clean the area out real well and then paint Redgard over the substrate and cracks. Then thinset your tiles back. I'd back butter the tiles as well. http://www.custombuildingproducts.co...s/RedGard.aspx
