Default Covering Cracks in PT Posts

Our porch was built 5 years ago and is held up by 6x6 PT posts. We added a stamped concrete patio underneath 3 years ago. The posts have checked leaving cracks, which I stained two years ago. Now the PT treatment and pine tar have started bleeding through. Is there anything or combination that can fill the cracks that is flexible enough to stay put and cover the bleed through?

You could caulk the cracks prime and paint white looks good. If you do it use oil base primer.
