Default advice on how to repair or replace concrete deck/car port?

Our 30'x 23' concrete deck is sinking and needs repair. The support beam on one side has rotted and we are having a tough time finding anyone to replace it. The concrete has also started to flake due to freezing/thawing. It stands over 10' off the drive way into the basement garage. Do we tear it down and replace it? What with? Do we just repair the support? How and who could do it? We love the deck and don't want to lose it!

a photo would help. The deck settling can be addressed by installing either new posts and stouter concrete footings or adding more support with new footings. Replacing the rotted beam can be addressed with shoring to take the weight off. A concrete contractor that does renovations is a good place to look for a bid.

You may need to consult with an engineering contractor who would be familiar with elevated load bearing concrete.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
