    Default cleaning linoleum floors

My husband and I just bought his home place. The house is 97 years old and has linoleum floors in the bathroom. They are in good condition, but are really dirty. They have a lot of powder and dust and smoke built up on them. Was wanting some ideas as to what would be best to clean them with.

If other household cleaners haven't worked try some alcohol on a paper towel. Try a small area firstas a test.

You can also try a cleaner called simply green. Not too strong of a chemical. If that does not work try going to home depot and in there cleaning isle there is a product called "ZEP Purple Cleaner and Degreaser". This product will clean just about everything. Be sure to wear gloves because it will take the oil off your hands and try varying strengths. I have used this product in commercial applications with huge successes.
