    Default Garage Question

I just bought a home where my inspector stated that the garage is in contact with the soil. I think I get the idea of what problems that would cause. The thing I'm wondering is, how do I fix it? The garage is probably no more than 3 years old and I'd like to keep that as problem free as possible.

Being that it's only 3 years old, it's likely that it's only a matter of pulling the dirt away from the siding/stucco. Soil level should be 3 inches or more below the siding and graded to slope away from the building.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!

Thanks for the help. Looks like I have some holes to dig.
