Default How to clean fixed screens on porch?

What is the best way to clean metal fixed screens on porch?
They have pollen and dust etc on them and I dont want to stretch
    them by wiping them down.

    You could vacuum them.
I always used soapy water and a soft brush then hosed them off. I would suggest dot to push hard when using the soap and brush. I never had a problem

I've always used a soft brush, soap and a hose to clean mine. Never damaged one yet.

when cleaning screens we use a pump up sprayer that has a bleach solution in it to kill any molds on them then use a soft brush on a handle and window cleaning solution (both available at home depot in their outdoor area usually near the mowers and grills) to wash them down, rinse and reinstall.

A stiff wide paint brush works well as a screen cleaning tool. to wipe on, mild scrub motion and wipe off. A window washer's squeegie (spelling?) to break tension of the clinging dirty washing solution to remove, and rinse water using squeegie with pulling strokes down towards the ground, works well too, and doesn't stress the screening against the spline.
if you were using straight bleach and then just leaving it set then yes I would agree with you but not in this setting
