    Default Insulation wiring holes

I have a home circa 1971 with wiring running into the house through the garage room crawlspace.
There are several holes with wire running through them.

I notice that I can feel cool air from the house rushing into the garage roof space via these
holes in the spring/summer, and I presume cold air rushes into the house in Winter.

My question is: How can I plus these holes to help seal the house ? I'm got some Dow Enerfoam
(aka great stuff, I think). But I'm not sure that can be used around electical wires.

I guess my other option is to manually plug the holes with fiberglass.

What is the normally accepted solution ?

I think there is a photo attached. Note that one of the wires
appears a little frayed. Hence some of the concern.

They spray foam insulation will work great. There are no problems with thsi method. As for the frayed electrical line, if you can access it well enough, just wrap some electrical tape around it before using the spray foam.
