    Default Dingy Hardwoods

I polished the original pine floors in my 1927 bungalow wih a product called "Orange Glow," which has made them dingy and dull. It is formulated for polyurethane-finished floors (apparently, mine are not). I have tried several cleaners to get it off, but nothing is working. How can I restore the shine to my prized floors?

I would suggest to get them screen sanded. It is a like the old comercial floor polishers but has a fine screen. It just barely cuts the surface and should restore the shine. A floor company should be able to guide you where you can have it done. The orange I am sure damaged your floor finish.
