Default Shrubs with coral colored leaves

Hope I'm in the right place. I think it was the Newton house. They put two shrubs, one on each side of the sidewalk to the door. The shrubs had bright coral colored leaves or flowers. I have listened to the program and still don't understand what the shrub is called. I do think it started with an F.
    Hope someone can help.

I have been trying to find out the name of the shrubs myself. I do remember they mentioned that they produced a white flower with a honey smell. I have checked here in the Northwest and none of the nurseries know what they are. If you haven't already you might check locally. If you find out please post the name.
    Thanks

I am pretty sure it is Dwarf Fothergilla (Fothergilla Gardenii).
