    Default hanging pictures

My finished basement walls are painted cement that are in great shape and this is where our family room is. We would like to hang some pictures but I am unsure how to do that with the solid cement walls, any advice??

Masonry drill bit, hollow wall anchor, and screw.

Tapcon screws available at any hardware store or home center. They are bright blue screws designed for concrete. There are two sizes and a variety of lengths. The masonry bits used with them are generally sold right next to them or in a kit with them. It eliminates the middle step of a wall anchor. Make sure that you drill it deeper then the screw is long and when it gets tight - don't force it any further.
