As far as I know that fireplace could be rated around 50% efficient ---- give or take. It's difficult to put exact efficiency numbers to this because efficiency for most wood-burning appliances is determined by the "flue gas loss" method --- the energy wasted up the chimney.
Glass doors dramatically reduces the effectiveness if not the efficiency since glass blocks over 90% of the radiant heat. Rumfords are good radiant heaters and not very good mass or air heaters.
