What kind of pipes do you have going to the problem fixtures? Galvanized pipes will corrode on the inside and pieces of debris can chip off when pipes are worked on or vibrated perhaps a water heater replacement? These pieces of debris usually end up caught in the flexible supply pipe going to the fixture or inside the valve itself. I would try looking there first.

What is the solution. I also have galvanized pipes and low water pressure in my kitchen after shutting off the main water supply while installing a new spray faucet. Does the pipes need to be replaced. I had a plumber blow them out (without charging me) but it made the pressure worse. Others want to replace with copper but this will be a very costly job. Located in Chicago and would appreciate a recommendation from a knowledgeable and affordable plumber. Thank you.
