Default Shower floor not pitched correctly

My shower floor is not pitched correctly which results in puddles. I'm forced to squeegee the water towards the drain after every shower. Is there an easy solution beyond ripping the floor out and reconstructing?

unfortunatly there is not, unless you dont care what it looks like you could try filling the low places with thinset.
    HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!

Have you thought about just resloping it, directly over the existing floor, with a good thinset? After you have the floor sloped properly with new thinset, put ceramic tile over it. It will look just like a new shower floor, only this time the water will drain properly. Be sure to properly seal the grout.

Good luck, and enjoy the upcoming holiday season.

#1- thin set is not made for this purpose.
#2-it wont line up with drain
#3-will hold water and promote mold
    I would'nt do it.
