    Default pvc hvac air distribution

Several years ago I saw examples of using 4" or so PVC to distribute hvac. Easily installed, many zones, even temps throughout, great for retrofit for old houses. Any help would be appreciated

The 4 inch ducting would usually be used in the high velocity type of system.
Mostly the 4 inch insulated flex ducting is used for the branch lines.
Using the insulated flex is easier and probably cheaper than using PVC.
