I transplanted a small silver maple about a month ago. The leaves have remained green but have not grown. Is there anything I can do to awaken this shocked tree? The weather in the Philadelphia area has been wet and cool but hasn't helped.

If the leaves are still green, then it is alive & it is just recovering from the move. Put some Tree Tone fertilizer around it, mulch it some & don't let it dry out in a drought. The roots need to establish & grow to support any new growth.
It takes a lot to kill a silver maple at first, but most people eventually wish they had.
