    Default Windows in showers?

Has anyone replaced a window in a shower? We have a 1929 house with the original wood windows. We have to put a shower curtain over the window that is in the shower. I would like to replace this window with something opaque, so I do not need a curtain over it to keep the water out.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

Two thoughts. 1) wood be to install glass block or 2)vinyl windows and trim with frosted glass.

We thought about glass block. As long as the window opening is a standard size, that will fit glass block dimensions. I don't want to cut the opening bigger or fill it in, since the house is brick.

I wasn't sure if a vinyl window would hold up to direct water over time? But it may be our only option.

    Thanks Jack!
