Angry Stair Railing Holes for the Ballesters

Im trying to figure out what angle to use to drill holes in a stair railing Im replacing. My treads are 9.5" and my risers are 7 3/8" high. Is there any jig that I can purchase to make this easier? Or should I hire someone to install it?

Easy way, lay your banister on the stairs, measure the angle between the riser and the banister. Then use the set angle gauge to set a drill press or the drill attachment that ASC2078 mentions.
