Default Tiling Over Asbestos Tile in Basement

I live in a house built in 1960 and presume the tiles in the basement contain Asbestos. These tiles are glued to the concrete.

Rather than remove the tiles, I would like to tile over them. How can this be done? Do I need to attach Durarock (or something similar) to the existing floor? How best to attach the Durarock so as to not disturb the asbestos tiles?

I have searched, and can not find good advice.

    Thank you.

The dust from the abestos is what is harmful.Try wetting the area down first prior to anchoring down the durarock.
