    Default Low Spot in Yard

I recently purchased a new home, there was a above ground pool that was removed before closing. When the pool was removed it left a 16 ft. circle and low spot in the yard, I've tried to sew grass seed and put dirt into the hole but it just keeps sinking and becomes a small lake of standing water after rainfall. Does anyone have any suggestions for me. Thanks.

Have you considered a rain garden? Using native plants with deep root systems is a good way to remove such water naturally as well as being a great thing for the environment!
