A few weeks ago I changed the shower head from a fixed one to one with a hose. It's easier to bathe the dogs when I can bring the shower head down closer to them. But since I made the change, the shower has been making a whistling noise. Kind of like the noise a teapot makes when it's ready, but louder and kind of screatching. I've tried changing the temperature, but that doesn't do anything, and we've tried releasing the pressure by switching from the shower to the tub faucet, but as soon as you put it back on the shower, the noise comes back. It does come and go, it isn't constantly on. But when it is, it's loud and very annoying. It hasn't made the noise yet when I leave it running from the tub faucet. Any suggestions for what might be causing this, and how do we fix it?
