    Question Attic Stairway Insulation

I'm looking for a pull-down attic stairway insulation product to match the R value of what is on the attic floor, probably R 20 something. The best I can find is a product with an R13 rating. Does anyone know of a product with a better R rating? Thanks:

Also, what's the reccomended R rating for an attic in Massachusetts? Go Patriots!

Geez ... I would have to say a minimum of R30 better yet R40.

I made my own " Attic tent " out of ridgid CELOTEX foam insulation board . Worked great , and it was free . I found the insulation boards in a scrap pile .

I'm sure it's an excellent product . The common theme around here seems to be minimizing cost while still accomplishing your goals . Making something yourself and saving the $200 + is just an option . Didn't mean to offend .
